Incredible deals in SW Florida! I have been tracing the market for years, and Lee county in Florida has had the largest drops in price anytwhere in the country. Comparing the peak market sales prices of the 2nd 7 3rd quarter of 2006 with that same periodin 2009, home prices dropped 74.8%, condo prices dropped 79.9% and vacant land/building lots dropeed 95.1%. That's incredible! Anyone thinking about buying should consider Lee county in Florida as the place to go! Whether it's Fort Myers, Fort Myers beach, Cape Coral, or any of the surrounding areas, the weather is great and the prices can't be beat. IT'S TIME TO BUY!
